Rates and Fees
We charge by the hour and have a (4) four hour minimum. You must provide all your own Alcoholic beverages ( Beer, Wine, Liquor) for your event. High Spirit Bartenders cannot purchase any alcohol for your event. We will help you create a liquor list for you to purchase based on how many people will be attending your event. Under no circumstances will alcoholic beverages be sold at your event.
Some popular dates are busier than others, so please make your reservations as soon as your dates are firm.

We need a (30) minute set-up time prior to your event start time. This time is not charged as part of your bartender hours. This time is needed for setting up the bar, loading ice coolers and other preparation.
We have contacts with local caterers, rental companies and DJs, as well as experienced waiters and bartenders to meet your needs. We also provide wait staff, event helpers and bar backs.
Once dates are finalized and contract is signed a security Deposit of $100.00 or 50% of contract amount (whichever is greater) is due to reserve your bartenders on your event date. Final payment is due the day of the event. Payments can be made with Cash, Check or Money Order.
High Spirit Bartenders can provide at additional cost beer cups, wine cups, ice, napkins, straws and other requested items. We will provide an invoice at the beginning of the event accompanied by receipts for bar supplies.

In order to best assist you please tell us as much as possible about your party or event. We would like to know:
What type of event are you planning for?
- How many people do you expect to attend?
- Where is the event located?
- Is there a overall theme to the party?
- Do you have any special drink requests?
- Would you like a drink menu to be published for your event?
Payments
Once dates are finalized and contract is signed a security Deposit of $100.00 or 50% of contract amount (whichever is greater) is due to reserve your bartenders on your event date. Down payments can be made with Cash, Check or Money Order.
Final payment is due the day of the event.
Any bartending jobs booked within 3 days of the event date must be paid in full 24 hours prior to the event. No Exceptions!

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be given in written form. Any cancellation within 30 days prior to event date will result in the loss of your security deposit.
Legal
High Spirit Bartenders does not have a liquor license. By law, we cannot provide alcohol for your party or event but we can assist you in making purchasing decisions for your event. As a host it is not necessary to have a license to serve alcohol in a private setting, however you cannot charge (cash bar) to your guests for liquor.
As professional bartenders, we promote responsible alcohol consumption. We wish all your guests to have an enjoyable time and our personalities will keep the party upbeat. However, there are a few policies that we must employ and that you agree to for your safety and liability. As the host, you are ultimately responsible for your guests, but we will refuse alcoholic service to anyone who appears to have had too much to drink. You will be informed when we suggest cutting someone off so that you may make arrangements for that person to get home safely. We will not allow anyone other than our bartenders to serve drinks to the guests. It is against our policy and by Maryland law to serve anyone under 21 the legal drinking age.
